Open, strengthen, stretch your body and improve your balance and range of motion using a chair for support.

This class is designed for those new to Yoga or who might have physical limitations.  
Using a chair for support while sitting or standing, you will experience
the many benefits of Yoga - and have a wild and fun time in this class!!
